Your adventure begins in Ulaanbaatar, the world’s coldest capital city and the vibrant gateway to Mongolia. Upon arrival, we set out to explore its most iconic landmarks:
​Genghis Khan Statue Complex – a striking 40-meter steel monument honoring Mongolia’s legendary leader. From the viewing platform, you’ll enjoy panoramic views across the vast steppe.​ Gandan Monastery – the city’s spiritual heart, home to over 150 monks and the impressive 26-meter statue of Migjid Janraisig (the Bodhisattva of Compassion).​​ Chinggis Khaan Square – the modern center of Ulaanbaatar, surrounded by cultural landmarks and monuments that bridge Mongolia’s past and present.​​

In the morning, we collect our motorbikes and set out on the open road, leaving behind the bustling capital of Ulaanbaatar. Our ride takes us across vast grasslands toward Khugnu Khan National Park, a remarkable place where the steppe meets the taiga.
Here, rugged granite mountains rise dramatically above rolling plains, creating a landscape that blends desert, forest, and pasture in one breathtaking view. Along the way, we pass nomadic families, herds of livestock, and endless horizons — the first true taste of Mongolia’s wild beauty on two wheels.

Today’s ride takes us deeper into the heart of Central Mongolia as we make our way to the Orkhon Waterfalls, one of the country’s most scenic natural wonders. Formed by ancient tectonic activity nearly 20,000 years ago, the falls cascade dramatically into a basalt canyon carved by volcanic eruptions.
The surrounding Orkhon Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is not only breathtakingly beautiful but also steeped in history — once home to nomadic empires that shaped the course of Eurasia. We continue our motorbike journey deeper into Central Mongolia until we arrive at the pristine Lake Shireet. Surrounded by dramatic scenery, this region is like a natural mosaic of Mongolia’s diverse landscapes: from the dry Gobi desert and semi-arid steppe to lush forested hills and rugged mountain ranges.
Few places capture Mongolia’s contrasts so vividly in a single location. The peaceful lake, set against ever-changing horizons, is the perfect place to pause, take in the views, and appreciate the raw beauty of the land we’re crossing.

Today’s ride brings us to the renowned Tsenkher Hot Springs, a natural haven tucked away in the mountains. These geothermal waters bubble up from volcanic rock at temperatures reaching 85°C, before being cooled for safe bathing.
Rich in sulfur and alkaline minerals, the springs are celebrated for their healing properties, said to ease rheumatic and neurological conditions while rejuvenating body and mind. Surrounded by pristine high-altitude landscapes, the hot springs offer the perfect atmosphere to unwind and reconnect with nature after days on the open steppe.

From Tsenkher, we ride through the breathtaking Ulziit region, where rolling steppes meet rugged mountains, dotted with traditional yurts and grazing herds of yaks.

We continue our adventure along the scenic Tamir River Valley, a place steeped in legend — named after a beautiful girl whose story still echoes through the hills. As we ride, falcons and eagles soar overhead, adding a dramatic touch to the vast Mongolian skies.

From Lake Ugii, we ride along the Tuul River, which originates in the Khentii Mountains — the legendary birthplace of Genghis Khan and, according to tradition, his final resting place. Revered for centuries, the river carries immense historical and cultural significance throughout Central Asia.
As we follow its course back to Ulaanbaatar, the vast landscapes offer one last glimpse of Mongolia’s wild beauty.
